lolzthegame asked: what kind of exercises do you usually do while working out?
I usually try go to the gym 3-4 times a week because I walk a lot on a regular basis around my college campus (I live in a part of Florida that is suupper hilly).
When I go to the gym I usually warm up with about 500-1000 meters of rowing and then stretch. After I feel warned up I do cardio for 30 minutes which usually consists of either the elliptical or the indoor track.
My workout after cardio depends on why day it is. Usually on Mondays I do core work, on Tuesday’s I do leg work and on Thursday I do arms.
