Round One: FIGHT!

No more excuses. This time is THE time for change. Feel free to talk to me or ask me any weight loss related question! :)

So this week was the first week of Spring semester for me in college and of course since it’s thebeginning of the new year I feel like I should really get back on track and start working towards my goal weight again, but I’m finding it really hard to get motivated! I haven’t been able to bring myself to go to the gym all week. This being said, I am feeling pretty sick right now and I’m pretty sure the gym is going to be PACKED this week because of everyone’s new years resolutions. I know I shouldn’t really be making excuses, but WHO CARES!?!?! 

I think I just need to get back into the right mind set and SHED THESE NASTY POUNDS!
